Fuel Surcharge

Effective September 01, 2022 the fuel surcharge rate is 15.00%

The fuel surcharge is adjusted on a weekly basis. The rate is based on the second week’s Weekly National U.S. Average On-Highway Diesel Fuel Prices reported by the U.S. Department of Energy.

The following fuel surcharge table will be used to determine the fuel surcharge rate:

Fuel surcharge percentages and thresholds are subject to change without notice. If the fuel surcharge rises above $4.60 per gallon or there are changes to the thresholds, the above table will be updated.
